Treasury minimized and then suspended its short-term cash investment program beginning in November 2008, but anticipates investing again when market conditions warrant. Major information sources include: Federal Reserve Banks, Treasury Regional Financial Centers, Internal Revenue Service Centers, various electronic systems, and information on the Public Debt.
